  • Prepare, explain and sign the listing contract and addendums
  • Immediately take digital exterior and interior photographs of your home
  • Upload your listing and photos into the appropriate Multiple Listing Service

  • Follow up with Realtors who have shown your home, and update you with their feedback and comments
  • Review marketing activities with you weekly
  • Present, discuss and review all written offers
 
  • Represent YOU in all contract negotiations
  • Guide you through the complete closing process by managing the details of the transaction including:
 
  • Faxing the contracts to both attorneys to initiate attorney review
  • Ensuring that the first and second deposits are in hand
  • Scheduling the buyer's home inspection with you
  • Assisting you in resolving home inspection issues
  • Ensuring that the mortgage continguency date has been met
  • Reminding you to obtain the smoke certification and Certificate of Occupancy (if required) prior to closing
  • Reminding you to change the utilities out of your name and into the buyers'
  • Arrange for the buyer's final walk through
  • Attending the closing to be on hand should you require my assistance
