	Jon Adler Buyer-Agent & Client Specialist As the Buyer-Agent on the Gast Team, Jon's responsibilities are to assist our buyer clients with finding them that "special home" that meets both their needs and their pocketbook.  Jon is a professional full time agent with 10 years experience who is here to guide our buyers through all the stages of purchasing a home.  The first step in the process is scheduling a consultation where we learn of your needs and goals and discuss what we can do to achieve them.

	Mark Weinberg Team Coordinator Mark is Renee's full time licensed assistant.  He is an integral member of the Gast Team.  He is in the office Monday through Friday and is happy to assist all of our clients - both buyers and sellers - with all the facets of their transaction.  As the Listing Coordinator, Mark's responsibility is to make feature flyers and to showcase your property on the internet.  He also creates fantastic Virtual Tours which give potential buyers a sneak preview into what your property offers.  As the Closing Coordinator for the Gast Team, Mark oversees the closing details and activities to ensure a smooth closing for our clients.
	Gloria Paradise Office Manager & Closing Coordinator  Gloria is our multi-talented and amiable office manager. She is responsible for managing escrow accounts and providing excellent support for the Gast Team.
